"Accommodation was fine except for one thing. At the time of booking we requested two single beds in place of one of the doubles for our two teenage children (1 boy, 1 girl). No acknowledgement was made and upon checking in, found two doubles in the room. No singles were available and our request to swap our sofa for one of the sofa beds in another apartment was met with blank looks - so one kid spent the entire vacation on a not-very-comfortable sofa."
