"i have used your service in the past and have always been very pleased. this hotel was incorrectly listed as 4 star--- should be maybe 2. the bathroom counter was poorly repaired, with a screw exposed that scracthed my leg. the air conditioner was not working. overall cleanliness was just ok. if this hotel had been correctly listed as 2 star for this price, i would not have chosen it. any comments back would be welcome - kmccann@sport.rr.com"
